Short Yoga practices to fit into your day

If you only have a small amount of time in your day to practice, then these are the sessions for you.

If you prefer to practice first thing in the morning, you can roll out of bed (or even stay in bed!) and go through one of these short sequences.

Maybe lunch time or while you are travelling are good times to practice? I will be posting some standing only sequences that may help.
