    Hatha Yoga Classes

    Each class incorporates the physical, mental and spiritual side of Yoga.

    Each week we have a theme, a key posture and a relaxation/meditation, breathing is incorporated throughout. The sequences of asanas are designed to help you prepare your body and mind to reach the very best that you can achieve in your practice, it does not matter what level you are, everyone works within their own capabilities.

  • One to One

    Originally, yoga was mainly taught by a teacher in a private setting on one to one basis. Sessions would be tailored to a persons needs, their health, body type and lifestyle. These days, group yoga classes might be more popular but they are not for everyone.

    If you are interested in a more personalised approach and to go deeper with your practice then private one to one sessions will be for you.

  • Beginners Workshop

    Beginners Workshop

    If you are a beginner or a returner and want to learn the basics of a good Yoga practice, then this workshop is for you.

    The aim of the foundational workshop is to gradually introduce you to the core postures and breathing techniques needed to provide a firm foundation on which you can move forward in your practice.
