Over the last few weeks we have been working with the bandhas:

-      Mula bandha, the root lock

-      Uddiyana bandha, the upward flying lock, or abdominal lift

-      Jalandhara bandha, the throat lock

-     when practiced together these three locks are known as Maha bandha, the great bandha.

We will contInue to be aware of the bandhas in our practice and from this week we start to investigate the topic of "attachments".

These are thoughts and practices that we hold on to, that do not contribute to our overall well being, both on and off the mat. Watch this space for weekly updates 🙏
