The Chakras

According to yoga tradition, the subtle body is the system that manages our essential energy, moving it around the body through channels known as the nadis. The subtle body has seven vortexes of energy, known as chakras. When energy becomes blocked in a chakra, it triggers physical, mental, or emotional imbalances. 

This series of Hatha Yoga classes uses asana, pranayama, mudras and meditation techniques to bring balance to each of the Chakras.
