Viloma breath
Viloma means against the natural flow, it is an interrupted breathing technique pausing briefly several times during in breath and the out breath.Benefits:
- helps to gently expand the length of the breath
- increases lung capacity and helps to use the lungs fully
- cools you down
- helps relieve anxiety

Brahmari breath
This Pranayama is a calming breathing technique that has a soothing and healing effect on the mind, this works by regulating your breath and reducing the body's sensory inputs. It is also referred to as humming bee breath, because of the sound made. Humming creates a healing vibration that can help bring balance to the nervous system, and boost your mental and emotional well-being.
Benefits:
- stimulates the vagus nerve and activates parasympathetic nervous system
- calms the mind
- reduces anxiety
- helps to high blood pressure
- improves focus and memory
